PSI Chief Instructor

"Kokoy" is a seasoned professional specializing in organizational and personal transformation through experiential learning techniques. He has facilitated seminars and workshops on leadership development, team building, crafting mission and vision statements, service excellence, social responsibility, and corporate social development. His extensive experience spans major multinational companies and top corporations in the Philippines, as well as various government, educational, and religious institutions. He has also worked with diverse groups, including youth and urban poor communities.

A dedicated environmentalist, Kokoy is also involved in several business ventures, including specialty restaurants, hotels, and an organic farm. He actively promotes initiatives that enhance both environmental sustainability and social responsibility.

Registration begins daily at 8:30 AM. The seminar runs from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM each day across Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. After the seminar concludes, there is also a special Guest Event on Tuesday evening where graduates reconnect, celebrate their breakthroughs, and introduce others to the PSI experience. Our team will provide complete details once registered.
First-time participants: Everything you need will be provided. We recommend bringing cash for lunch, a positive and open mindset, and your full willingness to grow.
